2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. By using DynacoinEx, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

DynacoinEx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly for personal or authorized business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Market manipulation or abusive trading practices

5. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. DynacoinEx is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access unless caused by our direct negligence.
